2004 journal, catfish stew at the Tadpole fried city seafood
restaurant not me. It should be called fat city. Who said the American people were 66 percent
fat? It’s more like 90% and the sight here is frightening to see people gorging
on fried catfish and catfish stew.
Catfish is scavenger like shell fish and swine which is forbidden by the
Bible diet. It is not just the fish that
is bad, it is the margarine and hydrogenated oils that add to the risk or
threat of awful horrors of health. It is
not a threat, it is a sure thing in my opinion from what I have learned. People were carrying big bellies as
evidence. It is not all you can eat but
it is all you can eat and is a belly full that gives me the willies. I do not eat this stuff and I cannot watch
others kill themselves by stuffing on this stuff. You could not see a better show even if you
paid money and the title is chaos. They
are suffering eating it and they will most likely suffer a horrible death from
eating it. Wake-up Americans and stop
being fooled. Margarine is dangerous and
so is fried food, like tobacco and chemicals in the water. Wake-up America and stop
consuming processed foods. Stop all this

turnips and mustard greens were useful in prevent-ing
cancer. It is also important to know
that organic vegetables are better for preventing cancer. They have fewer nitrates, which can actually
cause cancer. If it is available to you,
I recommend buying organic produce. Eating
organic means you are eating food that has not been sprayed with synthetic
herbicides and pesticides, the organic process typically has more antioxidants
and nutrients. However, it’s very
important that one learns what metabolic type they are because certain
vegetables or better for certain metabolic types. For instance, I am a protein metabolic and
broccoli pushes my biochemistry in an un-healthy direction, so knowing what
type I am helps me to avoid certain vegetables. How ever, the DIM found in
broccoli is also in other cruciferous vegetables such as cauliflower, which
happens to be good for protein types".
